Three row homes were destroyed by a fire Wednesday in Pittsburgh’s Hazelwood neighborhood, leaving ten people displaced.
Officials said the fire started around 2:45 p.m. in the 5100 block Lytle Street.

One firefighter was taken to Mercy Hospital because he inhaled too much smoke while fighting the flames, according to officials. No one inside the homes was injured.
KDKA reports that firefighters were pulled out of the home while battling the fire because flames and smoke became so intense.

Firefighters took extra precaution when the roof of one of the houses started to collapse, according to WPXI.
Additional details about the fire have not been released.
