Alleged hit list found at West Mifflin High School

An alleged “hit list” was found at West Mifflin High School.

School officials told WPXI the parents said that their children’s names were on an apparent “hit list.”

The list was discovered following an investigation.

“There were names, and there was another column with numbers, and that was it. There was nothing like a statement made, (like), ‘This is going to happen to this guy. This is going to happen to this guy,’” Principal Phillip Woods said.

Woods told WPXI the student that made the list had a friend who had some trouble with those students and that’s why he may have made the list.

The student has been suspended and will face charges as a juvenile.
