Graffiti found on the David L. Lawrence Convention Center Monday morning, has Pittsburgh Police concerned.
“Blue Lives Murder” has been written on the building to apparently express objection to the popular “Blue Lives Matter” slogan.
Pittsburgh Police Cameron McLay Chief said that he will not “engage in fear” according to KDKA-TV.
“We’re gonna do everything our officers can do to keep themselves save, but we’re not gonna do it at the expense of the quality and interactions we have with the public…We have our trust gaps and we’re making some progress there. It’s fragile in other places, certainly with what’s happening now, it’s fragile everywhere.”
