Witnesses told police they saw the suspect in the window exposing himself by the mannequins, reports WPXI. One woman showed officers a photo she took with her phone.
Police said Scolieri smelled of alcohol and was unsteady on his feet when he was confronted by officers.
Scolieri’s wife arrived at the store to take him home. He was issued a summons by mail.
His family told WPXI he is receiving treatment for a mental health issue.
