Pittsburgh, PA – Pittsburgh will celebrate it’s bicentennial this week beginning at Heinz History Center on Friday night.
There will also be a parade on Saturday beginning at 11 a.m. and according to Pittsburgh’s Bicentennial twitter page, the Stanley Cup will be present! Visit Pittsburgh reports that music and fireworks will be present at Point State Park following the parade. After the parade, continue the celebration at Point State Park with a Bicentennial party full of music, fireworks, and more.
The City-County Building will also have historic government documents on display this week.
