Charter school founder to plead guilty to tax fraud

The founder of the PA Cyber Charter School will plead guilty to a tax conspiracy charge. The Beaver County Times reports Nick Tromboletta announced his intentions Wednesday morning.

This is only one of the 11 charges he faces from his 2013 indictment.  Tromboletta allegedly used millions of taxpayer dollars from the school for personal purchases.

The judge has not yet accepted the plea.
