Police have charged a Pennsylvania couple for locking their children in a basement dog cage. Nicholas Chamberlain, 36, and Linda Chamberlain, 34, were charged Friday.
An investigation has been ongoing since June 19 when police responded to a call of a child refusing to return home in Huntingdon County. Investigators believe the couple’s 13-year-old child called police after escaping to a neighbor’s house.
