Governor Tom Wolf spoke Monday on his thoughts on marijuana use in Pennsylvania. Wolf said he feels Pennsylvania needs to decriminalize small amounts of marijuana possession in systematic fashion.
According to Wolf, too many people are being arrested and clogging jails for small amounts of marijuana possession.

Wolf signed legislation legalizing a medical marijuana program in Pennsylvania back in April. Despite this legislation, the Department of Health says it’ll take until 2018 for medical marijuana available to eligible patients.
While he continues to soften on marijuana use, Wolf did state during his Smart Talk appearance that he remains hesitant to support a full legalization and adopt policies like Colorado, Washington, Oregon and Alaska.
