Major traffic changes are kicking off on a busy local highway that will be in effect for several months.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is adding a westbound lane crossover on I-376 in Findlay and Moon Townships until November. The split begins between McClaren Road and the airport exit.
The left lane will cross into the eastbound lanes for drivers who don’t want to exit until Beaver County. Traffic using this lane will not have access to any exits in the work zone, including the Airport (exit 53), Clinton (exit 52) and Flaugherty Run Road/Moon (exit 51) interchanges.
The right lane will be for drivers who need to take the Airport, Clinton and Flaugherty Run Road exits.
The crossover is expected to remain in place until November 15.
