The NFL has cleared Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison of any PED use. NFL.com reports on Wednesday the NFL announced it has found “no credible evidence that Pittsburgh’s James Harrison…[was] provided with or used substances prohibited under the NFL-NFLPA Policy on Performance-Enhancing Substances.”
Along with Harrison, Green Bay’s Clay Matthews and Julius Peppers, and former Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning and free-agent linebacker Mike Neal were accused by Al Jazeera of obtaining PEDs.
Harrison maintained his innocence since the report first went public.
