Steelers running back, Le’Veon Bell, has his suspension from the NFL reduced to three games.
The NFL announced Friday that Bell was suspended for violating the league’s substance abuse policy. The suspension was reduced from four games upon appeal.
According to NFL.com, Bell will remain in his current stage of the substance abuse program. This means Bell’s next suspension would also be four games, not 10.
Bell will be allowed to return to the field in Week 4 on Sunday Night Football against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Bell released this statement on his personal twitter account following the reduction.
