Amanda Polk, Pittsburgh-native, and Oakland Catholic alumni, has helped her team win a gold medal today in Rio.
The women’s coxed eight team, with a winning time of 6:01.49, is made up of Amanda Polk, Lauren Schmetterling, Tessa Gobbo, Amanda Elmore, Katelin Snyder, Elle Logan, Meghan Musnicki, Emily Regan, and Kerry Simmonds.
