Officials confirm that one person is dead after a car crashed into a building in Pittsburgh’s East Hills neighborhood, reports WTAE.
The crash happened at a convenience store on the 8300 block of Frankstown Avenue around 3 a.m. Thursday.

Bricks were falling from the building after the crash.
The store owner told WTAE the building is a total loss and unsure if the business will reopen.

The name of the victim that died in the crash has not been released.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
