A story of an act of kindness was shared on Facebook after a Pittsburgh police bought lunch for a man sitting outside of a restaurant on the city’s South Side.
The post said the officer saw a man sitting on the sidewalk and took him to a nearby Popeye’s. The officer invited the man inside and told him to select anything he wanted from the menu.
Another post said, “this officer bought this hungry man a meal today on the South Side, he spoke politely & with respect to him”.
