Several Pittsburgh Walmart stores will offer a free online grocery pickup service starting Aug. 23. WPXI reports Fives Walmart stores now be offering a service that lets customers order their groceries at home and then pick them up at the store without leaving their cars.
Customers can visit walmart.com/grocery to find the location closest to them by entering their zip code. Once at the store of their choice, they can add items to a shopping cart. After customers are finished shopping, they can select the time they wish to pick them up.
Participating Walmart locations will have a designated parking spaces marked in orange, as well as, a number to call to alert an associate you have arrived. The associate will then bring your groceries to you at no additional charge.
There are over 30,000 products featured online. Every item online is listed at the exact same price as it is inside the store.
