A man came out of one of the rooms with his hands up before kneeling on the ground as police placed handcuffs on him, according to WPXI.
Once the man was taken into custody, police went the rooms to search.
There were no apparent injuries, even though an ambulance was waiting at the scene.
It’s believed the ambulance was waiting in case anything escalated between the officers and the suspect.
The name of the man who was arrested has not been released.
