Reward offered in July 4th shooting

Pittsburgh Crime Stoppers is now offering a reward for information on the July 4th fatal shooting of a teenage boy, reports WPXI.

Kennir Parr, 14, was shot to death in the head while watching fireworks at Hawkins Village in Rankin. Witnesses say they just saw Parr suddenly collapse to the ground bleeding, but did not see who shot him.

Police believe at least 4 shots were fired into a crowd of people and Parr was not the intended target.

A reward of up to $1,000 will be presented for information that leads to an arrest and conviction.
