Shots were fired at a shopping center in Munich, Germany on Friday. NTV reports several are dead and others are wounded and prompted a massive police operation to find possible suspects.

According to a statement on the Munich police Facebook page, witnesses say there were three people with firearms.
“We believe we are dealing with a shooting rampage,” police said according to Reuters.

There were no official reports of injuries at the Olympia-Einkaufszentrum shopping mall, reports Fox News, but Germany’s dpa news agency reported that police are saying “we expect multiple dead.”
The attack reportedly started at a fast food restaurant in the mall, shortly before 6 p.m., according to Munich police spokesman Thomas Baumann.
Officials alerted the public that there is a large police operation, and asked that people avoid the area around the shopping center.
Dpa reported that no one has been captured yet.
