Shooting victim found at gas station

A man was shot at a Homewood gas station late Sunday. The 29-year-old victim was found at a Shell gas on Frankstown Avenue in Homewood, per WPXI.

While the victim was found at the Shell gas station, police believe the victim was shot multiple times on the nearby Bennett Street. Reports are that the victim attempted to drive himself home after being shot and stopped at the gas station on his way.

Police  found several bullet holes on the side of his SUV.

Soon after being taken to the hospital, the victim was listed as in “critical” condition. He has since been upgraded to “stable” condition.

The victim’s name has not been released.

More details and the motive for this incident are not yet known.
