Shots fired at police

Gunfire broke out in the direction of police officers during a domestic dispute just after 7:15 p.m. Wednesday night.

One bullet was fired through a wall and pierced an officer’s uniform, according to what Penn Township Police Chief John Otto told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. He wasn’t hurt.

Police say it was a man who was firing shots.

The names of the man and woman in the dispute have not been identified. The man has been arrested.

No injuries were reported.
