Three Pennsylvania men are facing charges after blowing up a large turtle using M-80s. The North Lancaster County Regional Police Department has identified the suspects as Taylor Gleib, 21, Austin Garner, 21, and a 17-year-old whose name hasn’t been released.
On August 3rd, police responded to an explosion in Penn Township, North Lancaster County, and discovered a crater with remains of a large turtle in the area. The suspects allegedly placed a pair of fireworks on the turtle’s shell then lit the fuses, causing “severe trauma” to the reptile and killing it.
