A Tornado Warning is in effect until 7:00 p.m. for Armstrong, Clarion, Venango and Butler counties.
The National Weather Service reports that flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter, mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed and damage to roofs and windows is likely.
All people in affected areas should take shelter immediately.
