The man fatally shot in Wilkinsburg this morning has been identified as 19-year-old Antonio Troutman.
Crews were called to the 100 block of Peebles Street near a Wendy’s around 11:30 Monday morning. Allegheny County police say they found Troutman with a single gunshot wound to the neck. He was taken to an area hospital and pronounced dead.
Police say it appears there were shots fired on “each side”.
